The breakfast choices were vast and delicious, ensuring a great start to each day.
The floor in our room could have used a thorough vacuum. it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned properly for some time.

Exceptional hospitality from Paula and Graham made the stay memorable. The location in central Windermere couldn’t be better. just a two-minute walk from the train station. The room looked clean and inviting. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the comfortable bedding. Paula sent a warm greeting letter and promptly answered all my queries before arriving. I appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning, especially the hot English breakfast. My only issue was the weak water pressure in the shower. Although it was quite functional, a stronger shower would have been ideal. No dedicated parking was available, but I found free parking nearby without any hassle. I would definitely visit again for the wonderful service and cozy ambiance.

Rooms were clean, uniquely decorated, and stocked with tea and coffee-making facilities. The breakfast options were abundant, providing a solid boost for a day of exploring around.
The water pressure in the showers was decidedly on the weak side, leaving a lackluster bathing experience. Some rooms felt a bit cramped for families, and there were consistent complaints about noise insulation. I could hear the chatter from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my peace. the lack of onsite parking caused a bit of a hassle due to nearby regulations and fees.

It was just an excellent fit for our short stay in Windermere with outstanding value for money. The room was cozy, and our host even remembered my preference for herbal tea, which was a nice touch. Arrive early for parking to avoid the rush during peak times.
